To kick off the building process, a pre-construction meeting with your project manager will set expectations while we wait for the building permit. The foundation is set when construction begins. And while we are busy at work, you’ll receive weekly progress reports now until your home is complete.
As you are planning your big move, we will be putting all the finishing touches on your dream. Utilities will be connected as you prepare for settlement. Once construction is complete, you will have a third-party quality inspection and a pre-settlement demo for continued peace-of-mind.
Your final walk through and settlement is the very last step before popping the bubbly. But the process doesn’t end at move-in day. Our 45-day warranty check-up, 60-day survey and 10-month warranty check-up will keep the comfort in the process.
