Emergencies can strike when you least expect them. Stateson Homes gives you peace-of-mind with direct access to help when you need it most. For your quick reference, Emergency Service as defined by the limited warranty, includes situations such as:
Total loss of heat
when the outside temperature is below 45 degrees fahrenheit
Total loss of electricity
(Check with utility company before reporting to Stateson Homes)
Total loss of water
(Check with the Public Works department before reporting to Stateson Homes)
Plumbing leak
that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
Gas leak
(Contact your utility company if the leak is at the furnace or water heater supply lines)
