We have detailed specifications that are required for every phase of construction to ensure quality. We have a detailed timeline of events that takes place from the time you sign your purchase agreement until your final inspection that takes place ten months after you have lived in your home. Whether it is assisting you with your financing, selecting colors and fixtures, or performing your ten month inspection, we are with you every step of the way. Our Homeowner’s Warranty assures you that Stateson Homes will be there for you.

With real time scheduling, tracking and information, you can be assured your needs will be met as quickly as possible. **We appreciate your continued patience as we begin scheduling and completing all previously suspended warranty work, and are committed to addressing your outstanding concerns as efficiently as possible. Due to the large backlog of warranty requests as a result of the shutdown, we are experiencing longer than usual timeframes to schedule and complete new warranty requests.

Emergency calls will continue to receive immediate attention, and our first priority will continue to be the safety of our customers, trade partners, and employees.

We encourage you to submit all warranty requests at your earliest opportunity so that they are properly documented and processed.

Note: If you smell gas or propane please call 911 immediately. In an emergency, such as water leakage, lack of heat, or if electricity to the whole house is out, please fill out the online form or call our main office at 540-553-0544.

Emergency Service as defined by the limited warranty, includes situations such as:

  • Total loss of heat when the outside temperature is below 45 degrees F
  • Total loss of electricity (Check with Utility Company before reporting this to Stateson Homes)
  • Total loss of water (Check with the Public Works department before reporting this to Stateson Homes)
  • Plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
  • Gas Leak (contact your Utility Company if the leak is at the furnace or water heater supply lines)
