We have a detailed timeline of events that takes place from the time you sign your purchase agreement until your final inspection that takes place ten months after you have lived in your home. Note: If you smell gas or propane please call 911 immediately. In an emergency, such as water leakage, lack of heat, or if electricity to the whole house is out, please fill out the online form or call our main office at 540-553-0544.

Emergency Service as defined by the limited warranty, includes situations such as:

  • Total loss of heat when the outside temperature is below 45 degrees F
  • Total loss of electricity (Check with Utility Company before reporting this to Stateson Homes)
  • Total loss of water (Check with the Public Works department before reporting this to Stateson Homes)
  • Plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
  • Gas Leak (contact your Utility Company if the leak is at the furnace or water heater supply lines)
