Core Principles

  1. High Standards:  We are dedicated to delivering a high quality and complete home to our customer.  We believe that the homebuilding experience should be a pleasurable experience for our customer.  We have carefully selected the products that are placed in your home and the trade partners who perform the work.  We have detailed specifications that are required for every phase of construction to ensure quality.  We have a detailed timeline of events that takes place from the time you sign your purchase agreement until your final inspection that takes place six months after you have lived in your home.  Whether it is assisting you with your financing, selecting colors and fixtures, to performing a six month inspection after you have lived in your home, we are with you every step of the way.  Our Homeowner’s Warranty assures you that Stateson Homes will be there for you.

  2. Appreciation for the land:  We are dedicated to being leaders in protecting our environment.  Each Stateson Home meets rigid energy efficiency standards.  Environmental impact is considered for all products and installation methods for your new home.  We use high efficiency heating and cooling equipment, apply stringent standards for sealing and insulating your home, and use products that enhance indoor air quality.  In addition to the products in your home, we also demand high standards regarding storm water management practices in our communities to protect our rivers and streams.

  3. Customer Service:  We value your business and work hard to earn your praise.  We know and embrace the fact that you, our customer, will be our best form of advertising.  During the homebuilding process, you will have a series of meetings starting with a pre-construction meeting, continuing throughout the building process at critical stages, and ending with an inspection of your home after you have owned it for six months.  You will be provided contact information for your project manager, sales representative, and our president.  It is our goal to resolve questions or problems as soon as possible.

  4. Community Involvement:  We see our role in the community as creating partnerships with local subcontractors, government officials, building inspectors, banks, and other real estate professionals in order to deliver our customers the best long term value in a home and create neighborhoods in which the community can be proud.  We provide training to our trade partners in order for them to become more efficient and provide superior quality.  This training allows us to deliver a superior product at the best possible price and it assists our trade partners with establishing best business practices.
